This place is absolutely amazing. Our Labrador Leo, spent a week there and honestly I am more than happy. It's his first time at The Dog Father and definitely not his last. We tried many kennels over the years but this is more than perfect. For starters it's extremely clean and the staff (Ahmed and Mohamed) are so friendly and very dedicated in giving the best care to each dog there. Thank you to all those involved ❤️
Amazing place! Excellent care of the dogs. My Yorkie was well taken care of. She had access to a pool, played with other dogs her size and Ahmed was an angel. I constantly received pictures and videos of her from him. He treated her like his own. Highly recommend this place for boarding dogs. It's my favorite place.

We recently boarded our German Shepherd, Max, at The Dog Father and couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated Max like family. The kennel was spotless, well-organized, and you could tell they truly care about the dogs in their care. Max settled in quickly, and when we picked him up he was happy, healthy, and clearly well looked after.

My dog is a special case (paralysed from the bottom part) and the amount of care and treatment he got is just amazing, the place is super friendly and Ahmed is an angel, highly recommend

Excellent service. Very dog competent and friendly staff. My Zuzu is a sensitive and a nervous dog yet she had a very good time. They took really good care of her. Would def bring her again.
Very nice place for your furry friend to stay in if you are planning to be outside the city for a few days. My daughter's 3mo Griffon stayed there for 5 days. The owner, Walid, is very friendly and supportive. Kept sending us pictures and videos of the puppy everyday. Also offered advice on training and protecting our puppy. Great place, keep up the good work!

Extremely nice and safe place for your dog. Specially thanks for Mohamed and Mr. Waleed about taking care for my dog. They take care of any dog as if it's own dog and the place is very clean and they have very good ventilation rooms and good meals for dogs.

Our Story
We started this because our own dogs deserved better
Anyone who has left a dog in a kennel knows the feeling on the drive home. We built the opposite of that. Two things come up in almost every review our families leave: how clean the place is, and that their dog came back happy and healthy. We would rather be known for those than for anything we could say about ourselves.
Street Dog Rescue
Every dog deserves a chance
Beyond our hotel, we open our hearts to the street dogs of Giza and Cairo. Every month our team rescues, treats, and rehomes dogs that would otherwise have nowhere to go. This is the work we were made for.

Found hungry and frightened near the pyramids, Buddy was nursed back to health over three weeks. Today he runs the play yard every morning and has found a forever family in Maadi.

A tiny puppy abandoned in a cardboard box, Luna needed round-the-clock care. Our staff took turns feeding her through the nights. She's now a confident, waggy-tailed companion in a loving home.

What are your vaccination requirements?
All dogs must be up to date on rabies, DHPP, and bordetella vaccines. We require proof from your vet at least 48 hours before check-in. This protects every dog in our care.
Can I see my dog during their stay?
Yes. We send you photos and videos of your dog every day by WhatsApp, and you can message us any time for an update — we answer quickly. You are also welcome to visit and see where they are staying.
What if my dog has special needs or medication?
Our staff is trained to administer medication at no extra charge. Just bring the medication in its original packaging with clear instructions. We'll follow your schedule exactly.
How are dogs grouped for play?
Every new guest goes through a temperament assessment on day one. We group dogs by size, energy level, and play style to keep everyone safe and happy.
What happens in a medical emergency?
We have a veterinarian on call 24/7 and staff certified in canine first aid. In any emergency, we contact you immediately and transport your dog to our partner vet clinic if needed.
Do you offer pickup and drop-off?
Yes — we offer door-to-door transport within Greater Cairo for a small fee. Book in advance so we can schedule your driver.
